This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Continuous oversight of security tools (SIEM, EDR) and assessment of alerts in accordance with established protocols.
• Conducting preliminary analysis and identifying potential incidents (network breaches, application assaults, system compromises) along with their swift prioritization.
• Prompt and effective escalation of complicated or ambiguous incidents to higher support tiers (L2/L3) with thorough documentation.
• Precise recording of all actions, observations, and processes in the incident management system (ticketing).
• Adhering to and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational instructions.
• Collaborating closely with global team members (US, India, Europe) and assisting in communication with other departments.
• Participating in shift schedules, including weekends, to provide 24/7 support.
• A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year of experience in Information Security or Information Technology (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken) for effective collaboration in a global team.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, and common application types.
• Capability to analyze data and detect anomalies.
• Skill in meticulously following and documenting procedures.
• Quick adaptability to new tools and procedures within a dynamic environment.

• Introductory scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automating routine tasks.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident management).
• Experience in a global, process-oriented organization.
