This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Identify opportunities where additional solutions can address customer pain points.
• Oversee intricate stakeholder communications across Logistics, IT, and Procurement departments to ensure operational excellence.
• Evaluate adoption trends and customer feedback to proactively enhance the customer journey.
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives aimed at driving change management and process improvements.
• Proficient/native in Italian and French, with a mandatory fluent level of English.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar roles (customer success/customer value manager) or customer-facing positions.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of translating complex data into actionable business insights and growth strategies.
• Outstanding communication skills with a natural aptitude for cultivating influential relationships with senior stakeholders.
