• Each customer interaction may involve different types of reported issues;
• Utilize systems to log and document support interactions.
• Minimum age: 18 years;
• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma;
• Basic computer and typing proficiency;
• Strong communication skills;
• Previous experience in Technical Support is advantageous;
• Must be available to work remotely (home office);
• Residency in São Paulo is required;
• Willingness to participate in in-person training.
