📋 Description

• Provide online support to customers post-purchase with inquiries related to smartphones;

• Offer technical assistance, guidance, usage recommendations, device setups, and escalate issues to other departments when needed;

• The specialist is required to assess customer needs and deliver practical, straightforward solutions in accordance with product and/or service protocols;

• Each customer interaction may involve different types of reported issues;

• Utilize systems to log and document support interactions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years;

• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma;

• Basic computer and typing proficiency;

• Strong communication skills;

• Previous experience in Technical Support is advantageous;

• Must be available to work remotely (home office);

• Residency in São Paulo is required;

• Willingness to participate in in-person training.
