This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee the daily operations of a team of travel consultants
• Manage key performance indicators (KPI), workload, and provide assistance and coaching
• Serve as the primary point of contact for team members
• Actively mentor and develop the team to achieve and surpass performance targets
• Provide leadership for a team of travel consultants
• Collaborate with performance data to enhance team effectiveness
• Create learning programs aimed at addressing both short- and long-term competency gaps
• Equip clients with essential industry information
• Stay informed about necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
• Daily monitoring of global distribution systems (GDS) queues to ensure quality control
• Extensive experience in the corporate travel management sector
• Relevant supervisory experience
• Advanced skills in GDS Amadeus
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
