πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Addressing customer inquiries concerning our products through incoming calls, callback requests, and emails.

β€’ Starting test scenarios or remote sessions with customers as required in both French and English.

β€’ Taking responsibility for user issues and proactively managing user concerns.

β€’ Recording customer inquiries and problems in Salesforce.

β€’ Collecting information from customers and systems to investigate issues with assistance from next-level support.

β€’ Working autonomously and in collaboration with other teams to resolve complex challenges while consistently enhancing knowledge and skills to deliver the best possible customer experience.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Exceptional communication skills are crucial, with the capability to convey information effectively in both written and spoken forms in French and English.

β€’ Prior experience in customer-facing IT support, including assistance with software and hardware configuration and troubleshooting.

β€’ Strong focus on troubleshooting and analytical abilities, along with the capacity to prioritize tasks.

β€’ Willingness to learn new technologies.

β€’ A team player who shares best practices, supports changes positively, and manages time effectively.

β€’ Aiming to be ambitious and seize the growth opportunities provided by GoTo, with aspirations to build a career in IT, customer service, or another technology-related field.
