This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
• Resolve customer concerns and accurately log customer interactions.
• Arrange for deliveries, installations, and service appointments.
• Work in conjunction with internal teams and dealership personnel to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Aid in enhancing customer feedback mechanisms and customer service initiatives.
• Provide operational assistance for dealership billing, inventory management, accounts payable, and office operations.
• Respond to process-related queries and guide dealership employees.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, documentation, and reporting tasks.
• Support dealership teams during peak periods or staffing shortages.
• Engage in the onboarding and training of new staff members.
• Reinforce company policies, procedures, and best practices through effective coaching.
• Identify areas for knowledge enhancement and escalate training requirements.
• Assist in the implementation of new procedures and tools across various locations.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and suggest opportunities for enhancement.
• Support billing and accounts receivable processes, manage follow-ups on outstanding balances, and coordinate collections efforts.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, administrative roles, operations support, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to multitask and adjust in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient with computer systems and customer service software.
• Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Openness to learning and adapting to new processes, technologies, and business practices.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel autonomously.
• Preferred: experience in dealership operations, billing, inventory management, or customer service.
• Preferred: experience in training, onboarding, or mentoring employees.
• Preferred: background in supporting multiple locations or business units.
