This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Examine complaints, troubleshoot problems, and identify recurring issues.
• Communicate bugs to the technical team for resolution.
• Over 1 year of experience as a Customer Support Specialist (via chats, emails, and tickets).
• Willingness to work morning, day, and night shifts.
• Proficient in English (С1 level).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (such as ZenDesk, Intercom, etc.).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong customer focus and adaptability to various personality types.
