This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Serve as the primary support contact at ecobee.
β’ Collaborate with our Smart Owners to troubleshoot and resolve both technical and non-technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
β’ Assist Smart Owners in the installation of ecobee devices.
β’ Offer guidance and knowledge to help our Smart Owners set up their devices for optimal comfort and energy efficiency.
β’ Deliver an unforgettable experience to our Smart Owners during your initial 8 weeks of paid training, which includes remote classroom instruction and phone training.
β’ Strong customer service experience is essential, whether gained in the food service, hospitality, or retail sectors.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capability to convey information across various platforms.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively utilize various tools and systems to address customer inquiries.
β’ Capacity to independently search for and find answers using available knowledge and resources.
β’ A strong desire and enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new technologies, with a foundational understanding of smart home devices, home automation, and virtual voice assistants.
β’ Ability to attentively listen to and document all interactions with Smart Owners in real-time.
β’ A genuine passion for customer support, an eagerness to learn, and an appreciation for challenges!
