Customer Support Representative, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kosovo.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming customer inquiries in German

• Assist customers with questions related to orders and deliveries

• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges

• Support customers with issues regarding damaged, incorrect, or missing items

• Address complaints in a calm and professional manner

• Offer clear and precise information concerning customer orders and services

• Maintain and update customer information while documenting cases accurately in the relevant systems

• Efficiently resolve customer issues and ensure proper follow-up when necessary

• Provide a positive and professional customer experience with every interaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the German language at C1 level or above

• Located in Kosovo

• Comfortable with 100% remote work

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A customer-oriented, calm, and empathetic demeanor

• Confidently manage complaints and challenging customer situations

• Proficient in computer and system usage

• Dependable internet connection and a suitable home-office setup

• Availability to work shifts from 08:00 to 20:00, Monday through Saturday

• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, e-commerce, fashion/retail, travel, or telecommunications is highly desirable.
