This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries through phone and ticketing systems, aiming to deliver prompt and solution-focused assistance.
• Manage initial resolutions and handle escalation for intricate technical and procedural queries.
• Document and update the internal knowledge database and FAQ resources.
• Analyze support KPIs (such as First Response Time, CSAT, ticket volume) and develop strategies to enhance quality.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Service teams to relay customer feedback and report product issues.
• Experience working in a dental practice (e.g., dental assistant/dental nurse), preferably with billing knowledge.
• Interest in or some experience with customer support.
• Excellent communication and consulting abilities.
• Strong digital affinity and a methodical approach to work.
• Proficiency in German (C2) and English (B2).
