Customer Support, German and English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Provide telephone and written customer support (inbound) within the tourism industry.

• Assist customers in trip planning with a sales-focused approach.

• Offer guidance regarding the client's products.

• Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat calls.

• Record and follow up on phone interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written.

• Comfortable using standard CRM and telephony tools, or possess a strong technical aptitude.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home-office setup.

• Excellent communication abilities and a passion for active selling.

• Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working independently (freelancer model).

• Availability for shifts, including nights and on-call responsibilities.

• A keen interest in travel-related topics is a plus.
