This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Provide professional and compassionate customer service through phone, chat, and email for Dutch-speaking clients.

• Efficiently and accurately address complex inquiries and technical problems within the Customer Support Services framework.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering precise information and effective troubleshooting solutions.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve urgent ticket requests.

• Keep abreast of product knowledge and service protocols to guarantee exceptional service.

• Regularly achieve individual and team performance objectives to enhance the quality of support services.

• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining data integrity and ensuring effective follow-up.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential for this position.

• Possession of a valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.

• Demonstrated experience or a keen interest in the Customer Support Services sector.
