This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Deliver global, customer-facing support for Superna software through ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting sessions.
• Identify, document, and resolve software or configuration issues in accordance with established protocols.
• Appropriately escalate complex issues while maintaining responsibility for customer communication.
• Record solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge repository.
• Engage in shift rotations and participate in internal training sessions with the team.
• Practical experience with Dell EMC Isilon/PowerScale or PowerStore, encompassing administration, configuration, and troubleshooting in production settings.
• Proficient understanding of enterprise NAS concepts: SMB/CIFS, NFS, access zones, storage pools, and data protection strategies.
• Basic comprehension of Linux, networking, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Familiar with DNS, Active Directory, NFS, and Windows systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with OneFS architecture or distributed file system principles (preferred).
• Knowledge of additional storage platforms such as Pure Storage or VAST (preferred).
• Understanding of database querying (SQL/PostgreSQL) (preferred).
• Background in a customer-facing technical support or field engineering role (preferred).
