This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver customer support through Zendesk, chat, and phone, providing efficient and personalized assistance.
• Handle quoting, reservations, ticketing, and reissuance for both domestic and international travel services, which includes air travel, domestic hotels, ground transportation, travel insurance, group air bookings, hotel accommodations, and local tours; as well as car rentals and travel insurance.
• Utilize Sabre, E-LATAM, and other systems with user-level proficiency.
• Recognize, evaluate, and pursue opportunities to enhance processes for both internal and external customers.
• Work collaboratively with leadership to create and execute new processes and procedures, fostering innovative methods to provide increased value to customers and the business.
• A bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in corporate travel customer service.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Online Booking Tools (OBT) and Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Understanding of car rental and airline systems.
• Knowledge of hotel booking platforms and providers.
• Proficiency in English or Spanish.
