This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, chats, and emails
• Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies
• Manage sensitive customer information with utmost care and security
• Implement the most effective customer satisfaction practices
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client solutions while achieving KPIs
• Collaborate with developers and specialists from various functions
• Proficient in English (C1 level for both spoken and written communication)
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer support position
• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Experience within the travel industry
• Positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor
• Personal computer (minimum 8GB RAM) with a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
