Customer Support Consultant, French Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Assist B2B e-commerce clients in navigating various challenges, including software inquiries, shipping logistics, and financial issues.

• Engage with customers through multiple channels such as calls, chats, and tickets, ensuring each interaction is professional, supportive, and personable.

• Enable customers to make informed decisions independently, turning them into true experts in shipping.

• Identify trends, propose enhancements, and contribute to shaping exceptional customer experiences.

• Gain opportunities for personal growth, develop new skills, and explore areas such as process optimization, product knowledge, or training and quality assurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess full professional proficiency in English and native French, both in spoken and written form.

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we prioritize curiosity and a positive mindset.

• People often describe you as an excellent communicator, whether it's with friends, family, or even strangers.

• You thrive on learning, take responsibility for your mistakes, and enjoy growing from them.

• You are able to think quickly, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain composure under pressure.

• You are prepared to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Your workdays from Monday to Friday start at 8:45 and conclude at 17:30, leaving ample time for evening activities.
