This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.
• Provide exceptional customer support through emails, chats, and phone calls;
• Adhere to internal guidelines and standard operating procedures;
• Collaborate with various internal teams to facilitate effective issue resolution;
• Manage sensitive customer information with utmost care and security;
• Implement the latest customer satisfaction techniques;
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client solutions and achieve key performance indicators;
• Communicate effectively with developers and cross-functional specialists.
• Proficiency in both German and English (C1 or higher), in both spoken and written forms;
• A minimum of 6-12 months' experience in a customer support role;
• Strong analytical and research capabilities;
• A positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor;
• Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
• Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 PM to 2 AM CET
