This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Generate Cases, Sites, Instruments, Contacts, etc., and conduct verification (ticket creation)
• Return phone calls to customers who have left voicemail messages
• Adhere to FLASH account guidelines
• Determine the customer's issue and escalate the case to the suitable support queue
• Direct Cases and Work Orders (WO) for peripherals and replacement components
• Inform customers about the status of their cases
• High school diploma
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication abilities
• Fluency in Spanish for communication (mandatory)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and the capability to collaborate effectively in a team
