This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You ensure smooth and prompt communication and processing of our customers' inquiries, both over the phone and via email.
• You leverage your experience as a Call Center Agent, Customer Service Representative, or Support Staff, ideally in an international setting.
• You create an unforgettable experience for each customer and address their individual needs and questions.
• As a Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) in the Replacement area, you ensure that private customers receive a replacement vehicle quickly and easily in the event of accidents or breakdowns.
• You enjoy customer contact and know how to handle demanding clients.
• You are open-minded, communicative, and enjoy writing and making phone calls.
• You possess fluent German language skills, both spoken and written, along with good English proficiency.
• You work reliably and independently.
• You have a service-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
• You have initial experience with MS Office applications, particularly Word and Outlook.
