This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Offer expert technical support to clients by utilizing knowledge of SpryPoint applications
• Assist customers in maximizing the benefits they derive from our products
• Foster adoption and cultivate robust, enduring relationships
• Primarily operate within the Eastern Time Zone (EST) to effectively support our client base
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across North America as necessary
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical support, IT help desk, or a relevant field within the utility sector
• Background in finance, accounting, or similar domains
• Strong troubleshooting abilities with a methodical and analytical mindset
• Familiarity with SaaS applications, cloud technologies, and web-based applications
• Exceptional communication and customer service capabilities
• Experience in supporting enterprise-level SaaS solutions
