Customer Success Specialist, Mandarin Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Offer daily assistance to the Account Management Team to help achieve both individual and team performance goals.

• Oversee daily operations, including coordinating delivery schedules, addressing complaints, managing return and reship requests, maintaining customer relationships and master data, as well as processing orders and managing order flow.

• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among various internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer needs are fulfilled.

• Serve as a primary contact for customer service escalations from key platform service brand partners, ensuring timely resolution of issues with high quality.

• Identify process inefficiencies within the team and contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at continuously enhancing service quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic operations, outbound/inbound transportation, and fulfillment operations.

• Proficient in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to effectively interact with partners and internal stakeholders.

• Ability to collaborate across various functions to drive results, ensure alignment, and hold team members accountable for their performance.

• Take the initiative to identify business opportunities and independently spearhead initiatives that enhance performance and outcomes.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to accurately interpret data and support decision-making processes.

• Excel in a fast-paced environment by maintaining high levels of organization, quickly adapting to changes, influencing others, and effectively managing multiple priorities.
