
Customer Success Specialist, Mandarin and English Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Organize, train, and facilitate initial discussions with new clients to comprehend their unique logistics requirements and objectives.
• Hold regular meetings (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) with clients to evaluate account performance, discuss future needs, and resolve any issues.
• Act as the main point of contact for client-related concerns, quickly and accurately diagnosing problems.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each client account, including delivery timelines, order precision, and inventory status.
• Ensure that all client contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are current and accurately reflect existing services and expectations.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or logistics customer-facing operations.
• Experience in the 3PL, E-commerce, Fulfillment, and Retail sectors is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field.
• Familiarity with global customers and an understanding of international markets is preferred.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
