This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Coordinating and conducting morning meetings
• Prioritizing customer inquiries via email and phone
• Managing VIP tickets and resolving client concerns
• Organizing projects to ensure ticket success
• Advocating for excellent client communication and service
• Experience in customer service
• Passion for technology
• Availability to work Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM PT
• Willingness to obtain necessary technical certifications
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
