This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish robust customer relationships through consistent check-ins, strategic evaluations, and proactive engagement efforts.
• Create Customer Success Plans that promote adoption, deliver measurable value, and align with regulatory requirements.
• Assess customer health, usage patterns, and potential risks while ensuring precise CRM data and renewal projections.
• Oversee the entire renewal process, showcasing ROI and pinpointing upsell or expansion prospects.
• Serve as the customer advocate by collecting feedback, driving product enhancements, and facilitating cross-functional assistance.
• Handle inquiries, escalations, and onboarding to guarantee seamless adoption and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Significant experience in Customer Success and SaaS, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in the Life Science sector.
• Demonstrated success in building and sustaining strong customer relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and customer success tools (Gainsight) is essential.
