This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with clients to implement their digital training strategy utilizing the 360Learning platform.
• Analyze customers’ key business goals and assess platform usage to uncover potential opportunities.
• Evaluate benchmarks and best practices, formulating action plans to leverage opportunities.
• Facilitate the renewal of contracts by assisting customers in achieving their desired outcomes.
• Organize resources to meet customer needs (technical, educational, etc.).
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships that lead to measurable business impact and long-term value.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Success role.
• Prior experience in an HR Tech or Learning Solution SaaS setting.
• Experience working in the SaaS sector.
• Familiarity with customer success KPIs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thoroughly understand client needs and challenges.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
