This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of the post-sale adoption strategy for designated federal accounts, which includes the customer's adoption and enablement roadmap, value delivery plan, and success milestones.
• Facilitate measurable value realization by assisting customers in defining mission outcomes, tracking progress, identifying adoption gaps, and linking UiPath usage to operational impact.
• Conduct regular customer governance, encompassing weekly status updates, monthly program reviews, and Executive Business Reviews / Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Establish and sustain account-level visibility regarding delivery milestones, achievements, risks, upcoming activities, and dependencies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and program leaders, ensuring alignment on mission priorities, business outcomes, renewal readiness, and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate end-to-end adoption delivery across internal and external workstreams, ensuring that Account Executives, Sales Engineers, TAMs, Professional Services, partners, and customer teams are synchronized.
• Collaborate with TAMs and technical teams on platform health, technical roadmaps, maturity reviews, testing considerations, and necessary technical working sessions.
• Navigate intricate federal environments, including legacy system limitations, stakeholder dependencies, network access, security considerations, deployment barriers, and change management.
• Assist customers in recognizing and formalizing automation, AI, and agentic opportunities through discovery sessions, workshops, and current-footprint analysis.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within UiPath by communicating customer needs, product feedback, risks, and adoption obstacles to the appropriate internal teams.
• Proactively identify and address issues by collaborating with customer stakeholders and UiPath teams to eliminate barriers and maintain adoption plans on schedule.
• Share best practices to empower customers in operating, governing, and scaling their UiPath automation programs independently.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with federal, public sector, defense, or intelligence clients, demonstrating a strong passion for federal mission work.
• A proven history in customer-facing consultative roles (this is not an entry-level CSM position).
• Demonstrated capability to manage post-sale customer relationships, drive adoption, and guide customers towards measurable business or mission value.
• Strong program orchestration skills, including experience in managing milestones, risks, dependencies, executive updates, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Ability to cultivate trusted relationships with both technical stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business and mission impact.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments where priorities, stakeholders, and technical constraints may shift rapidly.
• A proactive, delivery-focused approach to problem-solving and helping customers achieve successful outcomes.
