This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance relationships with a portfolio of pharmacy accounts.

• Propel program performance by assessing financial results, utilization trends, and operational data.

• Assist with purchasing, invoicing, and financial reconciliation tasks.

• Deliver proactive customer support by addressing inquiries, providing training, and anticipating client needs.

• Recognize opportunities for product or service improvements based on customer feedback and data patterns.

• Supervise data feeds, system configurations, and program metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve data discrepancies and complex client challenges.

• Organize and conduct regular business reviews, training sessions, and program updates in alignment with client expectations.

• Leverage internal tools and platforms for managing account activities, reporting, and documentation.

• Continuously develop product and system knowledge to meet the evolving needs of clients and the business.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or SaaS account management roles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven capability to analyze data and troubleshoot issues effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.

• Strong customer orientation with proactive problem-solving capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory).

• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or 340B settings.

• Familiarity with financial data, reporting tools, or SaaS platforms.

• Competence in working cross-functionally within a matrixed organization.
