This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Serve as a reliable advisor to a portfolio of mid-sized clients.
• Oversee a larger and dynamic customer portfolio, concentrating on enhancing adoption, retention, and scalable customer engagement.
• Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and function as the primary contact post-sales.
• Position yourself as a strategic partner while ensuring scalability across your customer base.
• Facilitate successful onboarding and enablement for customers.
• Promote product adoption and assist clients in maximizing the value derived from TeamViewer solutions.
• Assist customers in converting use cases into quantifiable business results.
• Track customer health, engagement, and usage metrics to proactively pinpoint risks.
• Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally by providing insights to Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable customer-facing role (preferably within SaaS/software).
• Proficiency in both English and French.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customers concurrently in a structured and scalable manner.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to comprehend technical concepts and convey them into customer value.
• Comfortable utilizing CRM and customer success tools.
• Experience in fostering customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven approach with experience in analyzing customer health and usage metrics.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in an international environment.
• Onsite onboarding at our headquarters office for an optimal start.
