This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Promote the adoption, renewal, and usage of First Alert products among our customers.
• Develop a strategy to enhance account growth within public sector accounts in Italy and Spain.
• Act as a First Alert platform authority, building and sustaining relationships within your account portfolio.
• Work alongside Account Executives to formulate and implement both short-term and long-term strategies for your designated portfolio.
• Collaborate with fellow Customer Success team members to boost product adoption, renewal, upselling, and customer satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback to utilize data-driven metrics and reporting, enabling us to identify and proactively address risks and opportunities affecting retention and growth.
• Conduct quarterly reviews with customers to ensure exceptional service and product quality, consistently delivering value to our customers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, particularly within the public sector.
• Proficiency in Italian and Spanish languages (professional fluency required).
• Knowledge and/or experience with publicly available information and the real-time alerting requirements of public sector organizations, including but not limited to law enforcement or emergency management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts to a diverse audience, including technical and non-technical customers in the Software/SaaS industry, as well as senior leaders and decision-makers through presentations.
• Strong sense of accountability, with the capability to work independently on multiple competing projects and deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to travel (domestically and internationally) as needed, approximately 25-50% of the time.
