This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take full ownership of the customer journey for a set of enterprise accounts.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
• Implement structured governance, including cadence, agendas, follow-ups, escalation paths, and accountability.
• Convert product usage and operational data into discussions that highlight business impact (ROI, savings, operational efficiency).
• Identify opportunities for expansion and collaborate with revenue leaders to execute land-and-expand strategies.
• Proactively identify and address risks early through health indicators, adoption signals, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Implementation, Support, Revenue) to facilitate successful customer outcomes.
• Ensure precise account context and activity tracking in CRM and internal tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Over 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solution Consulting roles within SaaS or enterprise software settings.
• Background in SaaS customer-facing roles with enterprise clients; proven track record in renewals and/or expansions.
• Proficient with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Looker, or similar Customer Success and data analytics platforms.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
