This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction, deep engagement, and robust adoption of RPS solutions.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding, training, and implementation processes that prepare customers for long-term success from the outset.
• Regularly assess account health, proactively address risks, and identify opportunities to enhance value and strengthen partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to expedite renewals and discover upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Gather and amplify client feedback, working cross-functionally with Product and Operations to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Create and present impactful client presentations, utilizing data, metrics, and KPIs to effectively showcase value and impact.
• Exhibit excellent communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and executive-level presentation skills in all customer interactions, simplifying complexity into clear value.
• Excel in dynamic environments by confidently managing multiple accounts and competing priorities while maintaining focus on outcomes.
• Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive momentum, make decisions, and ensure customer success.
• Function effectively amid ambiguity, providing structure, clarity, and progress where processes are still being developed.
• Utilize CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) to manage pipelines, monitor engagement, and enforce disciplined execution across accounts.
• Demonstrate exceptional organization and autonomy, consistently prioritizing high-impact tasks and executing with precision.
• Adopt a highly prioritized, outcome-focused approach, concentrating on actions that significantly benefit both customers and the business.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role (B2B SaaS or real estate/financial services experience is advantageous).
• A University or College degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
