This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will lead (remote) onboarding sessions for physicians and practice teams.
• You will provide training to practices on effectively utilizing our AI receptionist.
• You will be the main point of contact for all customer inquiries.
• You will maintain ongoing communication with our customers while monitoring product data to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
• You will triage customer requests and relay technical requirements to our Forward Deployed Engineers.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, covering the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Strong organizational skills with a commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and empathetically—both in writing and verbally.
• A data-driven approach: make decisions based on metrics and analysis while proactively managing customer relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) as well as reporting and analytics tools.
• Native-level proficiency in German.
