This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Facilitate the digital sharing of imaging records between hospitals and clinics across North America and patients.
• Empower over 2 million patients to enhance their healthcare experience.
• Manage and expand a dedicated portfolio of business.
• Become well-versed in PocketHealth marketing initiatives.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts.
• Deliver customized demonstrations and training of PocketHealth to staff at all levels.
• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) or in a similar role with a strong focus on expansion and growth.
• A university degree is mandatory, preferably in a health-related discipline (e.g., BSc, Nursing, Medical Radiation Technology).
• Knowledge of healthcare settings and terminology (e.g., PACS) is a significant advantage.
• Strong relationship-building skills are essential for this position.
• A valid driver’s license, a passport, and access to a dependable vehicle for travel are required.
• Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage a portfolio of 30+ accounts.
