• Ongoing account management: Facilitate regular status meetings (Jour Fixes) to assess customer satisfaction, review platform utilization, and pinpoint existing challenges.
• Create customized proposals and communication strategies tailored to the specific needs of customers.
• Draft business case narratives to advocate for our solutions internally.
• Conduct cross-customer webinars and workshops tailored to individual customers.
• Oversee the sales cycle: Upselling — uncover additional needs within the customer's organization.
• Retention: Ensure customer retention and facilitate contract renewals.
• Network and stakeholder management: Broaden the network within customer organizations by identifying and engaging with additional relevant contacts.
• Sales orientation and networking skills: Enjoy building connections with both new and existing contacts. Possess a challenger mindset to engage confidently and assertively with our customers.
• Communication skills: Demonstrate eloquence and verbal fluency, along with the ability to comprehend and represent customers' interests effectively.
• Structure and accuracy: Maintain a structured work approach and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks, backed by strong personal accountability and a data-driven methodology.
• Willingness to learn: A degree in business, communications, media, or a similar qualification is preferred. Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, HR, or consulting is advantageous but not mandatory. Necessary skills can be acquired quickly and developed over time.
