This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Manage a portfolio of clients throughout their entire lifecycle
• Proactively identify customers at risk and work towards finding solutions
• Recognize and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Assist customers in navigating payroll obligations and compliance regulations
• Minimum of 2 years experience in one or more of the following areas: tax preparation, payroll administration, bookkeeping, or financial operations for small businesses
• At least 2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing position
• Proven experience working directly with clients in an advisory role
• Proficient and comfortable with using technology platforms
