This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Become a specialist in Dataminr’s platform, possessing a comprehensive understanding of open source and social media analytics.

• Understand client missions and operational workflows to integrate Dataminr effectively and recommend optimal practices.

• Take direct commercial responsibility by managing the entire renewal lifecycle/process and driving account growth initiatives for a specific segment of your portfolio, while collaborating smoothly with Account Managers overseeing shared accounts.

• Gain in-depth insights into customer use cases, internal decision-making processes, budget cycles, and other essential information required to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.

• Strategically navigate and influence stakeholders involved in the purchasing process, including users, influencers, and budget decision-makers.

• Gather customer feedback and clearly communicate product suggestions for Dataminr’s product development teams, collaborating with engineering and product departments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Native French speaker or possess full working proficiency.

• 6-8+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS customer success/account management, with a proven record of managing customer renewals and driving commercial growth.

• Strong commercial acumen, with experience in navigating complex renewal cycles, negotiating, and planning account expansion strategies.

• Experience providing product support at the user level, with a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional client experience.

• Knowledge of or experience with publicly available information and social media analysis within enterprise organizations, particularly in corporate security, risk, or crisis management, is a plus.

• Highly accountable and detail-oriented, with the self-motivation to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
