This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee, +2 more states.
• Oversee the assigned territory and deliver comprehensive renewal execution support to guarantee customer retention and meet annual revenue and growth objectives.
• Lead renewal negotiations and foster additional revenue generation.
• Engage with customers consistently through both virtual and face-to-face interactions to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Build robust relationships grounded in an understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering value.
• Motivate all accounts to serve as reference points for Neumo.
• Create effective and tailored account plans to achieve revenue targets and promote sustainable growth through Demand Generation, Pipeline, and Opportunity Management strategies.
• Utilize internal Neumo resources to facilitate contract development, pricing strategies, closing processes, and bookings.
• Ensure proficient Pipeline planning by adhering to a structured approach for maintaining a rolling pipeline.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated experience (3+ years) as a Client Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or a similar role focused on renewals, particularly within the public sector and state and local government accounts.
• Experience in sales operations and contract negotiation is advantageous.
• Proven success in selling business application software and services across various industries.
• Track record of achieving success with large transactions and lengthy sales processes in a dynamic, consultative, and competitive environment.
