This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Managing the complete relationship with designated clients, which entails:
• Enhancing product usage, ensuring customer retention, and maximizing satisfaction.
• Cultivating a trusted and strategic advisory relationship with each client and promoting the ongoing value of our offerings.
• Creating, developing, and fostering customers for advocacy purposes.
• Collaborating with clients to set critical objectives or key performance indicators, and assisting them in reaching their targets.
• Identifying and/or developing opportunities for upselling.
• Focusing exclusively on our largest clients who represent a substantial potential for upselling.
• Over 6 years of experience in Customer Success or a comparable track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
• A strong technology background is highly preferred (SaaS, RPA, or Computer Software).
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA is advantageous.
• Previous experience in securing sales agreements with clients of varying sizes at the executive level.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other Force.com platforms.
• Proficient in Office software applications.
• Proven experience in developing successful intelligent automation programs that deliver significant value to the business enterprise.
