
Customer Success Manager – Airline, Airline Catering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Take ownership of and oversee a portfolio of major airline clients
• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across operations, IT, and management
• Serve as a strategic partner, aligning LimeFlight's capabilities with the business goals of customers
• Lead regular business reviews and management meetings
• Monitor customer health, adoption rates, and overall satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling (e.g., modules, integrations, services)
• Drive retention and revenue expansion within your customer portfolio
• Actively participate in renewal processes and commercial negotiations
• Assist in onboarding and implementation phases as a strategic counterpart
• Guide customers through integrations, data setup, and best practices for adoption
• Work collaboratively with implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition into operational mode
• Conduct targeted training sessions and workshops (both remote and on-site)
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the Airline Industry or Airline Catering Industry
• Familiarity with SaaS products or complex B2B software solutions is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple customer relationships in a fast-paced setting
• Commercial mindset focused on value creation and growth
• Proactive and ownership-driven approach to customer success
• Proficient in English; fluency in French is highly desirable.
