Customer Success Manager – AI & Digital Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main proactive contact for all clients through WhatsApp, Slack, and email, ensuring every inquiry is addressed.

• Take charge of the complete client onboarding process, setting clear expectations and building trust from the outset.

• Oversee high-volume content delivery timelines, coordinating with internal virtual assistants, editors, and copywriters to meet deadlines.

• Conduct thorough quality control on all AI-generated video outputs to guarantee brand consistency and technical excellence prior to delivery.

• Manage social media scheduling across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to advance the business towards a more mature, scalable framework.

• Actively monitor account health, pinpointing and addressing potential retention risks before they escalate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or Delivery Manager within a marketing or creative agency.

• Exceptional command of professional English (both written and spoken), with the capacity to manage client expectations with authority and empathy.

• High-level organizational skills, capable of tracking multiple deliverables across 20 or more active accounts simultaneously.

• Proven reliability and a commitment to a full-time, dedicated role; we seek a long-term partner rather than a freelancer juggling multiple projects.

• Technical comfort and curiosity; you should be eager to engage with AI tools like HeyGen and ChatGPT as part of your daily routine.

• A "builder" mentality—the ability to take ownership of an operationally immature business and instigate structure without constant oversight.

• Skill in managing challenging conversations with professionalism and independently de-escalating client concerns.

• Direct experience with AI video generation tools or agencies specializing in short-form video content.

• Proficiency in Notion for project tracking and documentation purposes.

• Experience collaborating directly with founders in early-stage, fast-paced companies.

• Background in personal branding or social media strategy within professional sectors such as Real Estate, Medical, or Finance.
