This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage relationships with a set of advertising partners, acting as their main point of contact.

• Assist advertisers through the onboarding process and campaign launches to ensure effective utilization of OpenAI’s advertising products.

• Evaluate campaign performance and offer clear, actionable suggestions to enhance results.

• Discover opportunities to grow partnerships by increasing product usage and encouraging additional investments.

• Collaborate across various teams including Sales, Product, Analytics, Policy, and Operations to address issues and improve platform value.

• Gather advertiser feedback and insights to guide product enhancements and long-term strategies.

• Contribute to the development of scalable processes and best practices that foster the growth of OpenAI’s advertising ecosystem.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses 5-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, customer success, consulting, or a similar client-facing role.

• Experienced in managing advertiser or agency relationships within a platform, publisher, or adtech setting.

• Comfortable analyzing performance data and converting insights into strategic recommendations.

• Proficient in data querying (e.g., SQL, advanced Excel/GSheet).

• Communicates effectively and builds trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Acts with ownership and accountability in fast-paced, evolving environments.

• Exhibits sound judgment and a commitment to user trust and responsible growth of the platform.
