This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a forward-deployed implementation and customer success leader, dedicating several days each week at designated client sites.
• Take charge of post-sale delivery, including workflow analysis, solution setup, implementation, and fostering adoption within nursing and clinical operations.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with healthcare personnel, operational leaders, executives, and IT teams, serving as a trusted advisor and execution collaborator.
• Oversee product implementations with a focus on aligning solutions with nursing workflows and operational procedures.
• Educate nursing teams and other healthcare professionals on the effective utilization of Hippocratic AI solutions, ensuring continuous adoption and measurable, lasting success.
• Spot opportunities to enhance workflows and patient care outcomes through the application of AI tools, especially in bedside care and wider healthcare operations.
• Manage daily client relationships, facilitating smooth communication and addressing operational issues.
• Work alongside internal teams such as product, sales, and engineering to communicate client feedback, shape roadmap priorities, and enhance user experiences.
• Establish and monitor metrics to gauge success, including patient care outcomes, team adoption rates, and operational efficiencies—presenting findings to both client and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with client leadership teams to disseminate best practices from AI implementation, including presenting at conferences/webinars on the influence of AI in Nursing and Health System Operations.
• This position necessitates a minimum of 80% travel, which may entail overnight or out-of-state journeys.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Over 5 years of experience in health systems, including customer success, account management, or project management.
• Proven experience leading intricate, onsite implementations in clinical or operational healthcare settings.
• Outstanding relationship-building capabilities across an organization, from front-line staff to executive levels.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, particularly clinical workflows and healthcare regulatory standards.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic startup environment.
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to oversee multiple workstreams onsite.
• Comfortable operating independently in a client-embedded capacity.
• Ability to meet client-specific credentialing prerequisites, including drug screening and verification of required vaccinations or immunizations, as mandated by the healthcare facilities where deployment occurs.
