This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as a forward-deployed implementation and customer success leader, dedicating several days each week onsite at designated client locations.
• Manage post-sale delivery, encompassing workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, and adoption throughout nursing and clinical operations.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with healthcare personnel, operational leaders, executives, and IT teams, serving as a trusted advisor and execution partner.
• Spearhead product implementations, with a focus on aligning solutions to nursing workflows and operational processes.
• Educate nursing teams and other healthcare staff on the effective use of Hippocratic AI solutions, ensuring continuous adoption and measurable, sustained success.
• Identify opportunities for improving workflows and patient care outcomes through AI tools, particularly in bedside care and wider healthcare operations.
• Oversee daily client relationships, ensuring effective communication and promptly addressing operational issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product, sales, and engineering, to communicate client feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and enhance user experiences.
• Establish and monitor metrics for success, such as patient care outcomes, team adoption rates, and operational efficiencies—presenting results to both client and internal stakeholders.
• Work alongside client leadership teams to share best practices from AI implementation, including presenting at conferences/webinars about the impact of AI in Nursing and Health System Operations.
• This position necessitates a travel commitment of 25-50%, which may involve overnight or out-of-state trips.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Over 5 years of experience in health systems, including customer success, account management, or project management.
• Proven experience leading complex, onsite implementations within clinical or operational healthcare settings.
• Outstanding relationship-building capabilities across all levels of an organization, from front-line staff to executives.
• Solid understanding of the healthcare sector, particularly in clinical workflows and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic startup environment.
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple workstreams onsite.
• Comfortable working independently in a client-embedded capacity.
• Ability to meet client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and proof of necessary vaccinations or immunizations, as required by the healthcare facilities where you will be stationed.
• Total compensation for this position ranges from $125,000 to $180,000, inclusive of base salary and performance bonuses.
