This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the primary technical and strategic contact for a designated portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Establish and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Effectively implement, promote adoption of, and continuously enhance ANOW! Automate and ANOW! Observe solutions.
• Conduct regular service reviews, health assessments, and strategic alignment meetings with clients.
• Evaluate customer environments to pinpoint optimization possibilities, performance enhancements, and potential risks.
• Discover cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Convert customer feedback into actionable requirements for Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Work collaboratively with Support, R&D, Product Management, and Sales to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Aid in the implementation of best practices in workload automation, observability, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Multiple years of experience in customer support, customer success management, or a similar role within the enterprise software sector.
• Fundamental knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, GKS, or AKS.
• Strong understanding of IT architectures, especially networks, servers, databases, and cloud computing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT security technologies along with common security standards and best practices.
• Ideally, possess technical expertise in Automic, Control-M, or Airflow, including architecture, agents, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, or similar tools is a plus.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and fluency in both German and English.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a structured, solution-focused approach.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working across different functions.
