This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Assist in the onboarding, deployment, and ongoing utilization of KOPE workflows across various client projects.
β’ Configure, test, and provide support for Tekla and Revit workflows, including their integrations and downstream fabrication processes.
β’ Engage directly with customers to comprehend delivery requirements, implementation obstacles, and project goals.
β’ Collaborate with product and development teams to facilitate testing, validation, and ongoing workflow enhancements.
β’ Aid in defining and maintaining best-practice implementation strategies, onboarding materials, and technical documentation.
β’ Support workshops, training sessions, and customer review meetings for global project teams.
β’ Contribute to future product and roadmap development through direct interaction with customers and feedback from projects.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Tekla Structures is mandatory.
β’ Strong expertise in Revit and BIM delivery workflows.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction sectors.
β’ Experience in supporting digital delivery, BIM coordination, or technical implementation workflows.
β’ Knowledge of fabrication, offsite construction, or DFMA workflows is advantageous.
β’ Background in technical support, customer success, implementation, or software deployment is beneficial.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
β’ Comfortable engaging directly with customers and resolving issues in live project settings.
β’ Proactive, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Interest in automation, digital workflows, and emerging technologies in construction.
