Customer Success Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and support the implementation of the runZero Platform for designated customers.

• Facilitate technical discussions to ensure that platform features and functionalities meet the unique business requirements of your customers.

• Actively investigate and resolve support tickets, maintaining prompt and precise communication with customers.

• Create and enhance technical documentation to elevate the customer self-service experience and promote internal knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to foster enduring customer relationships through regular check-ins and ongoing engagement.

• Represent the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and product requests, advocating for their needs with the Product and Engineering teams.

• Design custom integrations and automation scripts tailored to customer requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with the OSI model, TCP/IP, and various network protocols (e.g., SSH, SNMP, HTTP).

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, including attack surface management, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management.

• Proficiency in using Linux or macOS command line interfaces.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (capable of deriving answers to technical queries through manual testing, code reviews, and documentation analysis).

• Foundational knowledge in at least one programming language with a keen interest in further developing this skill set.

• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to discern underlying needs from customer feedback.
