This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts following their launch
• Conduct organized quarterly business reviews
• Track adoption metrics
• Handle incoming support requests
• Collect and communicate structured product feedback
• Record the measurable impact of Avo at each site
• Oversee renewal timelines for your accounts
• Identify and cultivate upsell opportunities
• Develop mutual success plans with customers
• Create and formalize the Customer Success playbook
• Produce scalable resources for customer engagement
• Define and implement key metrics for customer health and team performance
• Manage the process of collecting and documenting ROI
• Over 7 years of experience in customer success or account management within healthcare technology
• Demonstrated success in managing renewals and upsells, with quantifiable results
• Proven ability to build or formalize Customer Success processes from the ground up
• Strong presence in executive settings
• Proficient with analytics tools and a strong desire for data-driven insights
• High adaptability to ambiguity; experience in a startup environment is advantageous
