This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Manage the client portfolio, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.

• Build a close relationship with clients, understanding their needs and business objectives.

• Facilitate onboarding meetings, follow-ups, and results reviews.

• Take a consultative approach to promote solution adoption and maximize value generation.

• Monitor portfolio health indicators, identifying churn risks and expansion opportunities.

• Develop action plans for client retention, engagement, and loyalty.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure an integrated experience.

• Record interactions and keep client information updated in internal systems.

• Track success metrics, satisfaction, and platform usage, proposing continuous improvements.

• Serve as the client's advocate, providing feedback to contribute to product and process evolution.

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Communication, or related fields.

• Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Relationship Management, or similar areas.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.

• Ability to build relationships and conduct negotiations.

• Organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple demands simultaneously.

• Knowledge of CRM and client management tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
