Customer Success Associate – SMB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture robust, strategic, long-term relationships with clients.

• Take full ownership of executing new business initiatives and upselling client implementations independently.

• Act as the main contact for all inquiries from clients, consultants, and partners in the SMB segment, working alongside internal teams to investigate, prioritize, and resolve issues from our external stakeholders.

• Contribute to both individual and team-level operational metrics related to CSAT, implementation, response time, and client retention.

• Collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and client operations teams to improve and maintain cross-functional processes.

• Advocate for best practices in Omada outreach by encouraging client participation in Omada’s quarterly refresh campaign strategy.

• Spot opportunities for scalability and formulate strategic plans for execution.

• Enhance overall customer satisfaction, drive enrollments, and stimulate customer interest in additional products.

• Participate in team and cross-functional projects and initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree coupled with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience or background in Healthcare and Digital Health.

• Familiarity with environments ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies (industry experience: manufacturing, retail, etc.).

• A proven history of driving revenue growth and developing relationship strategies.

• Experience in field sales or account management, or possess relevant knowledge.

• Successfully managed intricate projects and demonstrated an aptitude for leveraging data to inform decisions.

• Demonstrated strong skills in the following areas:

• Conflict Management

• Self-motivated

• Collaboration

• A strong capability in utilizing various programs and tools, including, but not limited to: Salesforce, Zendesk, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, etc.
