This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as a primary contact for B2B clients, handling incoming inquiries through Slack, email, and video conferencing.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of Swish’s offerings, data, and operational processes to effectively assist clients.
• Resolve client issues in real time, converting technical jargon into straightforward, actionable advice.
• Proactively recognize client challenges, gaps in usage, and areas for enhancing retention and satisfaction.
• Track client performance and engagement to ensure effective onboarding and sustained adoption.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Must reside within the CET time zone (±1 hour).
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clarify complex or technical information effectively.
• Strong grasp of sports betting fundamentals, encompassing odds, markets, and trading principles.
• Capability to manage multiple client discussions concurrently in a dynamic environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on solutions.
